One foot or two feet??
This is an interesting question for many wanna-be dunkers. For me i am able to jump much higher off of one foot. If you watch NBA players you will see both one and two-feet dunk. So it is all about personal preference. For me i think it is easier to go off one foot because i can do that without losing stride. What works for you guys??

Interesting and Helpful Video
I found this video which shows exercises to warm up and increase flexibility. In my time attempting to dunk I have seen the huge difference that it makes when you are warmed up and this video is very helpful.

The Journey of Dunking Introduction
Dunking has always been my dream. Ever since I was younger I always enjoyed watching nba and college basketball. The dunk is a unique act, in that it has no real comparisons in other sports. Only a small percentage of the population can dunk. I have been working on my dunking recently and am now able to dunk somewhat. I now consider myself a Candace Parker level dunker. This blog is to discuss ways to help people dunk and talk about the journey. I am certainly not an expert, but in the couple years that I have worked on dunking I have learned a lot. We all have the ability to dunk with hard work and certain exercise... even slow white kids.
